For a vector v=A*i+B*j the magnitude |v|=√(A2+B2)
a) Here A = -3 and B = 7. use the formula above
b) vector(FG) = <-2-4, 3-(-5)> = <-6, 8> = -6*i + 8*j
Use the magnitude formula with A = -6 and B = 8
