Start with taking the roots and creating the factors
Root of -5 is a factor of (x+5)
Root of 1 is a factor of (x-1)
Bringing these together
y=(x+5)(x-1) Now FOIL
y=x2-x+5x-5
y=x2+4x-5
Lastly, multiply by 3 for the leading coefficient
y=3(x2+4x-5) Distribute
y=3x2+12x-15
