Answer A is correct. Conseuences is the subject and requires a plural verg. that seduce.

A) is correct. “Actions” (noun) is plural, so “seduce” (verb) must be written in plural form as well, like it is in sentence A).

Agreed! But I would just add that I'm not a fan of the sentence structure. It is harder to read than necessary because it's wordy. For example, I suggest the following would be an improvement: "Actions with subtle, delayed, or cumulative consequences seduce people to engage in activities they should not."05/04/20
