Evaluate F(g(x))

I have spoken to my professor different times but i still dont understand how to solve this problem given f(x)=2x-1 and g(x)=x³ evaluate f(g(x)) when x=5

F(g(x)) = f(x^3) = 2(x^3) - 1

f(5) = 2(5^3) - 1 = 2(125) - 1 = 250-1=249
