All horizontal lines are parallel.
Parallel means that two or more lines can never intersect with one another.
Horizontal lines are straight lines going from left to right without any angles, tilt, rotation in terms of x & y axis, etc.
Therefore, they should never intersect, which is the definition of parallel.

Technically, this isn't correct. Horizontal is always perpendicular to vertical at your current location, but verticals diverge depending on your location on the earth's curving surface. Thus horizontal at one location will diverge from horizontal at another.05/04/24
