The product of slopes of perpendicular lines is -1. Therefore, every line with a slope of
m = -1/(-2) = 1/2
is perpendicular to the given line. But there are infinitely many lines with a slope of 1/2. Unless you provide additional information, such as a point that the line passes through, we cannot give you a complete answer.
