What Hitler, Mussolini, and Tojo have in common--aside from being members of the Axis powers, and being ruthless dictators- in this cartoon is their excitement to have a slice of the world, for their own use. They all have wide eyes and hunger characteristics, which can symbolize the size of their ambition to take over the world. Even though all the men in this cartoon seem to be excited to get a piece of the world, they are looking at the slices that are getting cut to ensure that they get an even share. This can symbolize that there is an equal amount of distrust among them.
