The threat that these men pose to the world is their level of ambition. All three of these men--Hitler, Mussolini,Tojo--only care about creating a massive empire for their country. Mussolini wanted to restore the size of the Roman empire, Hitler wanted to rule over Europe and if possible the United States, while Japan wanted Asia and the Americas. In the cartoon Dictators carve up the World, one can clearly see the obsession in their eyes as they lean forward to get a piece of the world that is getting cut in front of them. All three men's ambition takes away basic human rights and innocent lives along with them. No matter where they went these dictators ambitions of a massive empire was carried out with brutal force and slaughter.
