Glyceraldehyde-3-Phosphate would accumulate the most because you are inhibiting the enzyme that converts G3P to 1,3-BPG. By inhibiting the enzyme, the G3P metabolite has no where else to go. Since the enzyme that makes G3P is still working properly, aldolase, G3P will still be made and accumulate in the RBC.
