Firstly, draw the x-axis (horizontal) and y-axis (vertical) and name them.
The point of intersection is the ordered pair O(0,0)
Towards the right of x- axis, we have positive values of x, note them 1,2,3,4,5.......
Towards the left of x- axis, we have negative values of x, note them -1, -2, -3, -4, -5.......
Towards the up of x- axis, we have positive values of y, note them 1,2,3,4,5.......
Towards the down of y- axis, we have negative values of y, note them -1, -2, -3, -4, -5.......
Now, coming to the question, x > 0 and y = 0
x>0 means 1,2,3,4,5....... and y = 0
(1,0), (2,0), (3,0) , (4,0),......... If you point them on graph, you will get it on the positive side of x-axis (right)
ANSWER: On the positive side of x-axis.
