You can simplify this expression by using the distributive property, followed by combining like terms.
First, use the distributive property:
3(2w - 5) + 3(4w + 4) = 6w - 15 +12w + 12
Now combine like terms:
6w - 15 +12w + 12 = 18w -3
The final expression would be 18w - 3
