However, David, if you provide details why did you stuck on this problem, you can benefit much more.
For example,
1) You didn't know that the number of degrees of a full circle is 360;
2) You knew it is 360 but didn't know why, so you cannot even remember this because it make no sense;
3) You know well all above, but failed on arithmetic;
4) You didn't know what ARC means;
5) You didn't know what "measure of arc" means;
6) You didn't know what does that pink part of rectangle is;
7) All above.
