I assume you want to find a polynomial with real coefficients that has those numbers as zeros. You should state that in the question. The complex conjugate of any complex zero must also be a zero.
f(x) = A (x - 6)2 [x - (1 - 2i)] [x - (1 + 2i)],
where A is real and A ≠ 0. You can expand this to standard form if you wish.
