Can someone help me with this?A video answering all these questions and explaining would help a lot.

Fancy Flower is a wholesaler that sells exotic flowers in 4-inch pots packaged in crates holding different numbers of pots. The table below represents the cost of four different sizes of crates that hold different numbers of 4-inch flower pots.

Graph a scatter plot of the data. Make sure you label the x and y axis. Predict the line that best represents the data shown in the table.

Determine the rate of change of the cost of a crate of 4-inch flower pots with respect to the number of 4-inch flower pots in the crate using the table and graph. Explain the process used to determine the rate of change for each representation.

What does the rate of change represent in the problem situation?

Determine a linear equation in two variables to represent the cost of the 4-inch flower pots, y, as a function of the number of 4-inch flower pots x.

If you plot the points, using # of pots on the y-axis and cost on the x-axis, you should get a straight line. You can verify this by figuring the slope of the line in different ways but always change of y over change of x. For instance. (7.30 - 6.10)/(12-3) = 1.2/3 = 0.4, or (8.90 -6.10)/(16-9)= 2.80/7 = 0.4. You should try other sets of points and see that you always get 0.40 as the slope. This is 0.40 $/pot since you are dividing, cost/pots. So the rate of change is the cost per number of pots, 0.40 $/pot. To find the linear equation in x and y, use an equation tool like y - y1 = m(x - x1). where m is the slope or rate of change and (x1, y1) is any point on the line. y - 6.10 = 0.40(x - 9). which can be simplified into y = 0.40 x + 2.50 You could also go down 0.40 and left 1 from (9, 6.10) until you hit the y-axis at 2.50. Then m = 0.40 and y-int is 2.50, so y = 0.40x + 2.50.
