Hey Jalixa,
The zeroes being -7 and 3 can be written as X=-7 and X=3.
for X=-7 add 7 to both sides to get (X+7)=0. For X=3 subtract 3 from both sides to get (X-3)=0
Now multiply the two binomials: (X+7)(X-3) using FOIL to get x^2+4x-21.
So your answer is C.
