 On another special offer day, all prices are reduced by 40%. At the end of the day. special offer prices go back to normal. By what percentage do special offer prices increase at the end of the day?

if a price is reduced by 40% the price now is 60% of the original price

at the end of the day the 60% price goes back to 100%

100%-60%=40%

40%/60%=40/60=4/6=2/3=66 2/3% increase at the end of the day
