Hi!
There are, as I'm sure you know, a host of resources available. And while I could share several - the problem is that these may not be what's best for YOU. How do you learn best? Do you prefer to listen to lectures? Or, do you prefer hands-on experience?
Shameless WyzAnt plug... there are many tutors here who are experts in both of these fields who can help you.... ;)
One of my favorite APA resources [that I actually used when in college] is Perdue University's APA OWL (Online Writing Lab). It's comprehensive with citing sources and APA information: https://owl.purdue.edu/owl/research_and_citation/apa_style/apa_formatting_and_style_guide/general_format.html
As for English Grammar... Again, think to yourself what way of learning you think works best for you. Then find tools and resources tailored to this learning style. There are countless websites like Grammarly. YouTube videos. And books [I personally teach using the Barons system].
.
I stress for the 3rd time that I truly believe the best way for you to improve your grades is to find a way of learning that works best for you. It's difficult at times in school because your teachers may have you doing work in a particular way. Perhaps they're trying to teach you the concept of learning as well as the actual subject. On your own though, find a way that benefits you.
All the best...
