Once you finish looking at it, your submarine has to rise 226 feet. When you rise that 226 feet, what is your elevation?

If you start at 200 feet below sea level and then descend 26 more feet below sea level. You are 226 feet below sea level.
Now, if your sub rises 226 feet after viewing, then what is your elevation? 226 feet below ascending 226 feet up, now brings you to 0. (-226+226=0) So, now you are at sea level.
