f(1) = 2 and f(n) = f(n -1) + 2

f(1) = 2

f(2) = f(2 - 1) + 2 = f(1) + 2 = 2 + 2 = 4

f(3) = f(3 - 1) + 2 = f(2) + 2 = 4 + 2 = 6

f(4) = f(4 - 1) + 2 = f(3) + 2 = 6 + 2 = 8

f(5) = f(5 - 1) + 2 = f(4) + 2 = 8 + 2 = 10

f(6) = f(6 - 1) + 2 = f(5) + 2 = 10 + 2 = 12
