A few things here!
The slope in such an equation is always the coefficient of the x. In this equation, the coefficient of x is -2, making the slope = -2.
In order to find the x-intercept, the y variable must be set equal to zero. Therefore:
0 = -2x+3
-3 = -2x
x = -3/-2 or 3/2 or 1.5
As a coordinate, this would be listed at (1.5,0)
In order to find the y-intercept, the x variable must be set equal to zero, Therefore:
y = -2(0)+3
y = 0+3
y=3
As a coordinate, this would be listed as (0,3)
