Let's work on one side of the equal sign at a time. First, on the left we have a "6m". Now, when we have a number attached to a variable, that means we are multiplying the terms. So for this side we would say "6 times m".
For the right hand side it's pretty simple, we just have "n".
Now we can word this a couple different ways. Here are just two of the many examples you could use:
6 times m is equal to n
OR
6 times m is equivalent to n
