I'm assuming there are parentheses around (x+1)(x-32); at point (7,4)
F(x) = x2 - 31x -32
F'(x) = 2x - 31
F'(7) = 14 -31 = -17
The Point Slope Equation is y - y1 = m(x - x1)
y - 4 = -17(x -7)
y -4 = -17x + 119
y = -17x + 123
