Here's what we know:
b - 1 = a (the first number is 2 less than the middle number)
b + 1 = c (the third number is 2 more than the middle number)
a + c = 92 (the first and third numbers total 92)
place the variable-values we know into the equation:
b - 1 + b + 1 = 92
simplify:
2b = 92
Divide by 2:
b = 46
Now just subtract 1 and add one to find the other two numbers.
