An isosceles triangle is a triangle that has two sides and thus two angles the same amount. Triangles have 180 degrees, so if we subtract:
180 - 130 = 50, we do not have enough degrees to have a second 130o angle That leaves the 50o to be the angles to be split:
50 / 2 = 25
So your answer is going to be 130-25-25 angle triangle.
*Just for reference, an example of an isosceles triangle having two possible answers? Let's say the given degree is 50o. Thus it could be one of the mirrored degrees (80-50-50), or it could be the non-mirrored angle (50-65-65)
