Assuming that the expression inside the () is 3x^2 + (4/5)*x -1
If x = 2, this evaluates to 3*4 + 8/5 - 1. Graphing confirms there is no limit as x--->2
so, maybe it is supposed to be 3x^2 + 4/(5x) -1
For x = 2, this is 3*4 + 4/10 - 2 The graph of this version also has no limit for x--->2
