How do I work out 10 + 3x/2 = -2

10 + (3x/2) = -2
- 3X / 2 = -2 - 10 (Subtract 10 from both sides, to get the variable fraction isolated)
- 3X / 2 = -12
- 3X = -12 * 2 (Multiply both sides by 2, to eliminate the fraction)
- 3X = -24
- x = -24 / 3 (Divide both sides by 3, to isolate X)
- x = -8 (Simplify and solve for X)
