Evaluate: log3 9 + 3log2 8 − 10^2log 3

Need some clarification: In the first 2 terms should we read the 3 and 2 as the bases? in the 3rd term, is it (10^2) times the log of 3---or maybe 10^(2log3)

3 and 2 are the bases for the first two terms, the third one should be read as 10^(2log3)
