What is SPTWO? It one of the vocab my teacher gave our class?

Maybe this refers to sp² which, if correct, would represent a hybrid orbital made from 2 p and 1 s orbitals. If not, then I’m at a loss.

I think your teacher means to say sp² (sp two).

This is a kind of orbital hybridization. An s orbital and two p orbitals mix to form three in-between orbitals called sp² orbitals.
