Just plug each value of the domain into the equation to solve for the range.
y=2x-7
y=2(-4)-7
y=-8-7
y=-15
y=2(-3)-7
y=-6-7
y=-13
y=2(-2)-7
y=-4-7
y=-11
So your range is { -15, -13, -11 }
That means that your answer is none of the above.... unless you mistyped and a is supposed to be -15.
