You can create two equivalent rates/ratios that can be used to find the number of acres for one day:
3/4 acres = x acres
4/5 day 1 day
You can use cross products to find the value of x:
4 x = 3 * 1
5 4
Divide both sides of the equation by 4/5 using multiplication by its reciprocal:
x = 3 * 5
4 4
x= 15 acre
16
So the unit rate per day is 15/16 acre in one day.
