The problem is missing a key component. However, we can write a similar problem to get the idea:
”Twice the sum of a number and 2 is no more than 3 times the same number increased by 5.”
We interpret this into an inequality: 2(x+2)<3x+5 (Note: my keyboard does not allow for the less than or equal to symbol).
From here you can solve the inequality to get your final answer.
