I think this is the problem you describe:
For the triangle formed, we can use the trig ratio "cosine" to solve for the distance "d" because cosine = adjacent/hypotenuse. The hypotenuse is 150 yds. So we can say:
cos(25°) = d/150 then we can multiply both sides of the equation by 150 to get:
d = 150*cos(25°)
Plugging this into a calculator we get d = 136 yds
