How do I translate the phrase "4 more than the quotient of an unknown and 9 is no less than 15."?

I just don't quite know how I would turn the phrase into an expression. "No less than????" What does that mean? This is what I got out of the phrase, 4+N/9<15. Can someone please help me understand the question.

"no less than" --> if it is "no less than", it must be the opposite (aka greater than or equal to)
