A linear equation is in the form y=mx+b
Using 2 of the 3 points, solve for the slope (m).
m=(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)
m=(0-(-1))/(3-0) Simplify
m=1/3
The y intercept is given in one of the points (0,-1)
So the equation is y=1/3x-1
