Hi my name is Jason, don't hesitate to reach out!

Hi Lacy,

unit price refers to cost per ounce in this problem,

size 1: 11.3 oz for $2.54

to get unit price simply divide the total price by the total ounces- this will give you the price per ounce (unit price)

size 2: 27.8 oz for $6.78

do the same thing here

which ever size comes to a smaller price per ounce is considered the better by based on unit price
