It takes Tim 50 miles going straight at a certain speed to reach his friend's house, and his friend takes about 4000 miles straight at the same speed as Tim to visit Tim's house. How is this possible?

If Tim and his friend are both in Wisconsin, they can only be at one friend's house because Wisconsin is not 4000 miles long or wide. Tim's part of the question is the speed he takes. The friend's part of the question is the distance between their homes. Both parts are possible.
