The amplitude is just the number in front (do not include the sign) so Amplitude = 6
Period is defined by the coefficient in front of the "x" by taking 2π divided by that coefficient. In this case that coefficient is 1 so the period is 2π/1 or 2π.
The phase shift is the opposite of the number grouped with the x. In this case, the number grouped with the x is -π/5 so the phase shift is the opposite of that or π/5.
