Let's let x represent "the number". Then the quotient of that number and negative five could be written as:
x/(-5)
Then let's add one ("plus one") to that expression:
x/(-5) + 1
The words"is at least" means greater than or equal to or the symbol >
So: x/(-5) + 1 > 2
