If I have a 82.4 in my class and I fail my final let’s say I make a 15 and the final is worth 25% what will be my final average

You would use what is called a weighted average.

Score*Weight + Score*Weight = Total Score

Your weights would be the percentage each score is worth, like this:

82.4*(0.75)+15*(0.25)
