Are these sentences correct?

Yes, these sentences are grammatically well-formed.  The first sentence has a poetic bent, but is nonetheless otherwise acceptable and comprehensible.

1.  All sentences can be broken down into easy formats to check correct verb agreements and connections.  First we can delete prepositional phrases within the sentence.  Such as "with jubilation" in the game, by the sea, above the car, etc...

 

The sentence now reads "the crowd cheered as the winning goal scored."

 

We can further break down all sentences to avoid distractions such as removing adjectives.  In the first sentence the only adjective is "winning".  It is the type of goal.  Therefore delete it.  The sentence now reads "The crowd cheered as the goal scored"  There is a problem here.  Do you see it?  It is "the goal scored".  A goal can not score.  Somebody must make it score.  So we can say "the team scored the winning goal" or "the winning goal was scored by somebody".

 

Reducing sentences by removing adverbs, adjectives, and prepositional phrases are a great way to check grammar rules.  It helps to remove words that might confuse you when checking grammar.  A great ay for SAT/ACT, ILETS, or TOFEL writing and grammar tests.

 

2.  Typically adverbs follow or come before the verb it modifies.  This was an easy correction.

 

3.  The last sentence was correct.
