Lets say your grade average is s for everything else in the semester which includes projects that may come later. These together are 40% of your grade and the project on your mind is 60%.
Then the final grade is: 0.4s + 0.6(100) = 0.4s + 60. For example, if s=64 (your weighted grade for everything else) than you can pull it up to 85.6.
A 100% on this project will contribute 60 to your final grade.
