I am not familiar with such a document. If it was about Luther, it no doubt emphasized how enchanted Luther was to rediscover the Good News, the Gospel. If it was by Luther, it similarly was about the Gospel, and the Gospel enfleshed, Jesus Christ, who was born a man and our God under the Law to redeem us sinners who are under the Law. Instead of being under the Law that condemns and obligates us, we are under the Gospel where we live under forgiveness, life and salvation that only Jesus Christ can give us, as He as the God-Man suffered hell in order to be the Only One who can give the sinner that we all are heavenly paradise.
