With the information given above, I get the following answers using the EXCEL solver

Sacks of Soybeans = 28

Sacks of Oats = 0

Cost = $420

Protein = 141,400

Fat = 1,848

Mineral Ash = 1,540

But I wonder if the input info is correct, is the price of Oats really $55 opposed to $15 for Soybeans (that number was repeated twice?) At this kind of a price difference, no wonder Oats were not used!
