If I read the question correctly, you can choose any of 100 numbers (0-99, inclusive) for each of the slotsd available
a) For the six-slot game, your selection is one out of a possible (100)^6 numbers. Therefore the probability of your selection being a winner is 1/ 1,000,000,000,000 or 10^(-12) Pretty small
b) For the three-slot game, your chance of winning is 1/(100)^3 or one in a million. Probability of NOT winning is 1 - (probability of winning) or 1 - .000001 or 0.99999.
