Given a line segment, Point A is located at (2,-5) and C is located at (10,13). What is the y coordinate of points B that bisects A and C?

A bisector divides a geometric object into 2 equal pieces. Take the average of each coordinate for the bisector point. For x : ( 2 + 10) / 2 = 6 and for y: ( -5 + 13) /2 = 4. The point is ( 6 , 4).
