This simple but tedious--go slowly so you don't make careless errors......
Simply plug in the given value of x and do the arithmetic to get the function value. In the first case, don't forget to multiply by 3 when you get everything simplified.
Do this for each of the specified cases, and then add the results.
Note; You appear to have an unnecessary pair of brackets around the first exponent (3x^2). It is not wrong, but could lead to confusion. It is also possible that you copied something incorrectly, and that the brackets make sense---in the correct equation
