Ten more than a number is no more than 62.
If x is the number then, x + 10 is no more than 62
The inequality is:
x + 10 ≤ 62 (I use ≤ because it cannot be more than 62, but it still can be equal to 62)
Now, to solve, subtract 10 from both sides:
x + 10 - 10 ≤ 62 - 10
x ≤ 52
