I'm going to assume that "between" -80 and -90 means that it does NOT include the endpoints (-80 and -90). Then the possible values of A are {-81, -82, -83, -84, -85, -86, -87, -88, -89}
The same for B, B = {-6, -7}
If these are bad assumptions, you can adjust your sample space accordingly.
So the set of a/b is {-81/-6, -82/-6, -83/-6, -84/-6, -85/-6, -86/-6, -87/-6, -88/-6, -89/-6, -81/-7, -82/-7, -83/-7, -84/-7, -85/-7, -86/-7, -87/-7, -88/-7, -89/-7}. There are 18 numbers in the sample space.
Of these, -84/-6 is an integer (14) as well as -84/-7 (which is 12) so only two in the sample space are integers so the probability is 2/18 or 1/9
