I need help with this question

Well at first what happened was that i realized a pie chart can be split perfectly in 3 ways when that's impossible each 1/3 is is %33.333....it never ends 2/3 is %66.666...never ends which means 3/3 has to be %99.999... but a full pie chart is exactly 100% when it in itself can be split perfectly in 3 different ways.. fractions prevents and graphs/charts are all connected and can be transfered with one to another, but 3 isn't right. I spent hours doing math about 3..i tried to share more numbers that relate to 3..it can be divided by itself and by 1 the only real number that relates to that is 9, it can only be divided by 3 and 1 just like 3, and all 1/9 2/9 1/3 4/9 5/9 6/9 7/9 8/9 9/9 all are infinite and does not end and 9/9 does not equal to 1.. so I knew there has ro be another number I spent hours and hours trying to find another number that can only be divided by 1 and 3 so I thought that 9 is the only number that could be divided by 1 and 3 so I tried 1/27 2/27 1/9 4/27 5/27 6/27 etc. All end in infinite numbers and they're all in a pattern.. all the way up to 27/27 which also doesn't equal to 1..so I tried 27x3 which equals 81 and 1/81 equals to 1.23456789012.. just keeps going and never ends.. it also goes into a infinite percent and does not equal to 1 when it is 81/81 and 3x3=9x3=27x3=81 why would multiplying 3 exactly 3 times over 1 equal exactly to %1.2345678901234.. and why any number completely based on the number be infinite and also no matter what if you keep multiplying by 3 like 81x3=243 243/243 does not equal to 1 whole number..it just infinintly keeps getting close to 1 but it'll never be 1
