Okay, so the sum of a number (n) and 14 is less than or equal to three times the number (3n)
n + 14 ≤ 3n
Now, solve for n:
14 + n - n ≤ 3n - n
14 ≤ 2n
14/2 ≤ 2n/2
7 ≤ n
So, n ≥ 7
Now, you can check your answer:
Let n = 7
n + 14 ≤ 3n
7 + 14 ≤ 21
21 ≤ 21.... this answer is true
Now, if n = 8 :
8 + 14 ≤ 24
